Application Designer - UX/UI

Are you extremely creative and well-versed in modern-day design principles and technologies? Do you have a deep understanding of web and mobile app design for business applications? We are looking for such an individual to fit this key role is an active thought partner and application visionary who helps shape our business’s demand for developing innovative and enticing software products. Your contribution will improve the customer experience and satisfaction and overall success of our company.

What You’ll Do:

• Initiate, conceptualize, and lead user interface and user experience design based on a thorough understanding of company web platform and mobile products and services.
• Work with product and client engagement teams to distill ideas and requests into clear concepts.
• Translate concepts into visually compelling design elements and documents.
• Create excellent and intuitive User Experience flows within products.
• Communicate user interface design implementation to engineering teams in the form of detailed specifications and design documents.
• Create designs that are consistent with company and product brand strategy.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in User Interface design/Graphic design and User Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or equivalent degree/combination of education and experience.
• Provide link to design portfolio to showcase capabilities.
• Experience with graphic design software packages.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Familiarity with Angular framework a plus.
• Experience in Agile methodology.
• 2-3 years of work experience in UI/UX design roles preferred.
• Ability to utilize wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, InVision, JustInMind, or similar.
• Ability to develop process flow diagrams for navigations and interactions using Visio, draw.io, or similar.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
