About the Role

The Recruiter will, in close collaboration with District Managers, conduct high volume recruiting and select well qualified candidates to fill open positions in districts throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Essential Functions

  • Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
  • Posts jobs and strategically sources candidates to ensure adequate applicant flow for hard-to-fill openings.
  • Reviews and assesses applicant’s education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
  • Schedules and conducts interviews.
  • Schedules candidate meetings with District Managers.
  • Through effective interviewing, conveys the RetailData employer brand, ensures candidates have full understanding of position responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages.
  • Prepares and extends job offers and provides timely follow-up to all applicants as the requisitions are filled.

 Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field required and
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Gr8 People preferred)
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and business experience.

  • Great people skills, patience, and the ability to manage priorities with multiple requisitions at a time.
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to influence others.
  • Candidate sourcing experience including SEO for recruiting, campaigns, post sponsoring.
  • Sense of urgency to drive results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity recruiting environment.
  • Experience recruiting for retail/grocery a plus but not required.
