About the Role:

Responsible for ensuring all client needs are met utilizing their in-depth knowledge of company products in partnership with the Client Services and Sales Team

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain high level of communication with client contacts, including key decision makers.
  • Review data quality and make recommendations to improve the quality of our data deliveries.
  • Maintain the integrity of client data required to meet client deliverables.
  • Conduct quality checks and statistical analysis of data deliverables prior to client delivery.
  • Create schedules of data collection to meet the data requests for the client. Determine optimal data collection sites, audits type, data collection methodology and frequency to meet client needs.
  • Approve invoices and ensures billing accuracy for all completed jobs.
  • Facilitate communication with Field Operations team on all new client requests and ensure successful implementation of processes for onboarding new client work.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct ad hoc data inquiries initiated by the client.  -add assignments.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines (i.e. Field Operations and Sales Team) to drive increased RetailData value proposition to our clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; and
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of account management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aptitude for independent troubleshooting.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, independent time management & proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, extensive use of Excel & Outlook needed).
