Description:

About the Role:

This role will be responsible for driving quality and compliance processes to ensure Operations Department goals are met.  Serves as primary facilitator for ensuring successful implementation and execution of new and existing client deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide implementation, coordination and follow-through with Field Managers to ensure the new work/projects are executed to meet the client delivery expectations.
  • In partnership with Analytics team, drive scheduling optimization, improvements in field employee productivity rates and cost controls.
  • Report execution plans, progress, and results to key internal stakeholders.
  • Create, monitor, analyze, and drive results from the audit quality (re-audit) process.
  • Generate key monitoring and metrics reports and analyze results, partnering with Field Managers to implement next steps to drive improvements.
  • Track Research Associate credit card receipts and agreement documents.
  • Assist in planning and implementation of operational changes and improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or another relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Process improvement, project management, data analysis experience a plus.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and business experience.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive results.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Analytical thinker with proven ability to influence others.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a demanding environment.
  • Sense of urgency to drive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
